When you contact us

We use the name, contact details and event information you provide to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and help arrange your event. Please only include information relevant to your enquiry.

Where enquiries go

Website enquiries are emailed to enquiries@athevents.co.uk. A protected copy is kept on our web server to help recover enquiries if email delivery fails. Copies older than 30 days are removed when the enquiry service next processes a submission. Rate-limiting records use a hashed network address to help prevent spam. Your details are not added to a marketing list by submitting this form.

Website services

The website retains its existing Google Analytics tag (UA-15510219-1). It also loads fonts and styling from Google Fonts and Cloudflare’s cdnjs service. Your browser contacts those providers when loading these resources. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram open services with their own privacy policies.
